The two phases you need to plan for
Sampling (3-7 days) - from your artwork or a physical sample to a confirmed pre-production sample. This is where fit, fabric and construction get locked in.
Bulk production (30-60 days) - from approved sample to finished goods. Simpler styles like tees run faster; structured pieces with washing, embroidery or multiple fabrics take longer.
The gap between these two phases is where most delays happen. If the sample is approved quickly and the fabric is already sourced, bulk can start immediately. If every round of sample comments takes a week to compile, that's where your timeline stretches.
